Darhlene Banks
VP/GM
Darhlene
Banks has been involved with RDMC from the beginning and now serves as its VP and
General Manager. Prior to her role as GM, Darhlene was responsible for
Operations, Product Management, Marketing and Business Development. Darhlene
has over 16 years’ experience in the high tech industry, and she brings a
combination of technical knowledge, market intelligence, customer
relationships, and deal experience that help to drive RDMC’s growth and
overall vision.
Prior to RDMC,
Darhlene was a Vice President at Eagle Enterprise, focused on investments
primarily in enterprise software, telecommunications, and digital media. She
established a great network and reputation for assisting in the creation and
ongoing operations of companies through his knowledge of technology, markets
and general management in both small startups and larger companies. Prior to Eagle
Enterprise, Darhlene worked at Lazard Technology Partners in a similar investor
capacity.
Prior to
her venture capital experience, Darhlene was a Senior Analyst at the Yankee
Group serving as an industry analyst and consultant covering databases, BI,
middleware, application servers and ERP systems. Darhlene helped build the ERP
and Internet Computing Strategies practice at Yankee in the late nineties.
While at Yankee, Darhlene was a frequent speaker quoted in several publications
including ComputerWorld, InfoWorld, Business Week, and InformationWeek.
Darhlene
earned a MS in HIT from Catholic University, a M.A. in Computer Science from
Hampton University, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in
Computer Science from Duquesne University.
She is an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Maryland and
the Joey Fund for Cystic Fibrosis.

Ruth Atnafseged

Business Analyst
Ruth
Atnafseged has been an integral part of the RDMC Business
Analyst team since its inception, bringing over 4 years of experience in
databases, data administration and data communication to RDMC. She is in charge of the launch and all new types of business
opportunities and has first-hand experience in selecting the best big
data approach for your enterprise and business objectives. She brings a
combination of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and project
management experience that help to drive RDMC’s growth and
overall vision.
Ruth holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems.
Marketing
Ms. Cameron serves as a Clinical Marketing Specialist for the Marketing Department. Ms. Cameron has over 10 years’ experience working in health care environment after graduating from Catholic University with a Masters. in Health information Technology.
She is well respected in the community and has

Mahlet
Nigatu
VP of
Engineering
Mahlet Nigatu has been an integral part of the RDMC engineering team since its inception, bringing over 10 years of experience in databases, data warehousing and grid computing to RDMC. Prior to RDMC, she was a key member of the Oracle Server Technologies group where she worked directly on several data warehousing and self-managing features in the Oracle 9i, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access and 10g databases.
Mahlet is a co-inventor on several patents on query optimization, materialized views and automatic index tuning for databases. She has also co-authored two books on data warehousing using the Oracle database as well as a book on Enterprise Grid Computing.
Mahlet has a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from the Addis Ababa Institute of Technology, Ethiopia.
